LOCATIONS

Welcome to El Rancho Restaurant, a vibrant culinary gem nestled in the heart of Toronto at 430 College St, Ontario. Here, the essence of Latin culture comes alive, not just on the plates but also on the dance floor. This establishment is more than just a restaurant; it transforms into a lively Latin dance club, making it the perfect destination for those seeking delightful food and exhilarating nightlife.

At El Rancho, guests are treated to an array of mouth-watering entrées, including the El Rancho Especial Vegetarian, tender Filete De Basa, and the sumptuous Pechuga Valenciana. For meat lovers, the standout Steak A La Pimienta offers a tantalizing experience that captivates the palate. The restaurant also boasts a selection of grilled specialties, such as the Pechuga A La Parrilla Con Chimichurri for just $25.00, and for those craving seafood, the lavish Parrillada De Mariscos at $60.00 is a must-try. Don't forget to indulge in their Assorted Cheesecake for dessert—a perfect sweet ending to a delightfully rich meal.

But don’t be fooled; the food is just the beginning. The atmosphere is electric, especially on weekends when the restaurant's transformation from dining space to dance floor begins. Reviewers rave about the vibrant mix of music, from classic tunes to modern beats. Patrons like Manushree Jain and Diana Fiallos have shared their thrill for the lively ambiance that fills the room as dancers—both novice and skilled—take to the floor. As Access Ballroom noted, this is the place to immerse yourself in authentic Latin culture, complete with instructors to teach you a few dance steps before the night truly kicks off.

For those planning a visit, arriving before 11 PM is advisable to dodge the lines and secure a good spot on the dance floor. With two spacious areas dedicated to Salsa and Kizomba, the energy is contagious and the excitement palpable. A P mentions the only drawback being the crowded dance space, but even that couldn’t stifle the immense joy felt by all who join in. Whether you're there to savor an exquisite meal or to dance the night away, El Rancho Restaurant offers an experience that lingers long after the night ends.

In conclusion, El Rancho Restaurant is not merely a place to eat; it’s a celebration of culture, food, and community. If you seek a fun night out with great food and an authentic Latin atmosphere, El Rancho is your destination. Come for the flavors, stay for the rhythm, and dance like no one's watching.

Didn't went there to dine. It was all about the music and dance for me. All I can say Latin community knows how to enjoy themselves. I didn't know any fancy moves but I had a blast! The dance floors were crowded so if you get there before 11 you will avoid the line up. Also once you find a tile/spot on the dance floor you better hold on it !!

If you ever feel like Latin dancing this is the place to experience. Always so fun. A good mix of music from classics to modern. Time flies by when you're here dancing the night away.

I had a good time everytime. The only suggestion is to limit the number of people on dance floors because it's a small space. Hope to be back.

Great restaurant that turns into a Latin Dance Club. They have instructors that teach some dance moves beforehand so if you don’t know how, then you get the chance to learn a few steps before the dancing starts. On Thursdays they have all three dance floors open. The first room is Kizomba, the second is Salsa and Downstairs it’s Bachata. Very Authentic place. People are polite and there is a good amount of good dancers to dance with. Definitely a place to go to if you want to have some fun along with authentic latin dancing

I had a wonderful experience here. Went with a group of friends for a celebration. If you go before 11, there is like no line. It does fill up quick. I haven’t visited for dinner, we went for the nightlife. There are 2 large dance floors. Drinks are good price and service was great. They offer bottle service as well. There is a cover charge of 20 which is usual for Saturday night. Its modern and trendy on the main floor. Highly recommend for latin music.

So much fun and food was good(I ordered the fish fillet- portion size was filling. I found it economical to pay for the full course deal which included appetizer, main course and dessert with a ticket to the dance rooms plus lessons after dining hours.
